Swimming, it's free, it's fun, it's refreshing in the summer and therapy in the winter! During to the abundance of lakes in the Okanagan Valley, swimming can occur anywhere, at any time of the year!

Cold Water Therapy

Growing research in the study of Cold Water Therapy had many people headed down to the lake for a mid winters dip. It resets your body.
Feeling sluggish and want to try something new? Doesn't cost anything and will certainly wake you up!

The ability to swim can save your life, or someone else's. It opens the Gateway to Water Sports, and the Okanagan Valley offers a huge variety of activities to enjoy on the lake year round! Swim clubs and organizations gather at the lakes to teach children swim classes and train to compete.
